With full service florals we are there to make sure every design has made it to the venue as it was envisioned. If you are looking for any sort of installation work or larger pieces that will need to be designed on-site, this is the option for you.

Garden's Choice

We grow a small selection of specialty flowers that we use to add a little something extra to our designs. We choose to grow varieties that are hard to source, delicate and luxury blooms. The available varieties and colors will shift with the seasons.  Garden's choice is the season's freshest for the bride who has flexibility on color.

While it is not necessary to have finalized quantities to book, it is very helpful to be on the same page for what is possible within your budget. We ask you to fill out our client intake form which builds an estimate for you. This form combined with your inspiration photos and our consultation will help us narrow down how we can achieve maximum impact within your budget.

This is a level of transparency the industry rarely provides, and my past clients have really appreciated this format since every wedding is custom!

After you've sent in your inspiration and best estimate for quantities, we schedule a call to discuss.  Here we focus on understanding your vision, if there are any unusual scope additions that would impact your setup timelines, and making suggestions for how to maximize your budget.  We want you to feel confident that our personalities are a good fit, and answer any questions you may have.  If you feel ready to book us as your florist after our call we'll send you all the information you need to get on our calendar.

About two months before your wedding we will check in to see if you've made any updates to your event design,  confirm item quantities and build out your timeline.

We like to see all your rental choices, bridal party colors, and any other visual decor so that we can ensure everything looks cohesive.  We take your color palette, confirm availabilities of varieties we want to use and build out your custom moodboard and flower proposal. We then hop on a call to run through the plan with you/your planner for your final approval. 

Finalizing Details

It's time for you to relax with your friends and family, and crunch time for us!   On a typical week:  TUESDAY, I wake up at 4am to go to the San Francisco Flower Market to source your blooms and process the flowers to maximize their hydration.  WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY are full production days for your event, and arrangements are carefully packed for transport. Everything stays fresh in our walk-in cooler!  On SATURDAY we load up the vehicle, deliver personals and do on-site installations.  We set up your reception while you're saying your vows, add finishing touches and sweep up behind ourselves.  When the party is over we return to clean up the flowers we brought.

Willbe and her team went above and beyond for our wedding in Dec'22. I gave her a vague idea of colors and the feeling I wanted, knowing we may have a limited selection due to the season; I trusted her entirely to make something beautiful. She did not disappoint - the flowers that she found in December were breathtaking. It was the best surprise to see my bouquet that day!

It poured rain all day and the ceremony site had to be changed last minute, which caused an additional set up/break down for our vendors. I couldn't have been happier with the arrangements and they will always be one of my favorite parts of my wedding. I was so happy to meet her in person that day and saw the dedication and hard work she puts into her designs. Highly highly recommend!!

If you want more choice in color which requires us to visit the flower market to fulfill,  we take a limited number of elopement orders with the right creative fit.  We have a $450 minimum for these orders since we have to purchase wholesale bunches.

During the peak flowering season from March to November we offer arrangements made up of flowers I grow myself, harvested the day before for peak freshness.  We cannot guarantee specific colors or varieties since flowers flush at different times even when in-season.
